About Us
We, myself and my husband Mark, started our daycare in our home in 2005. At the time it seem like the right thing to do and we felt the leading of the Lord. My husband would always say that his mother (Mrs. Bettye) took care of everyone’s children in the neighborhood, so it just seemed natural. I babysat my siblings, and we had eight children as well. We have four together and he has four from previous relationships. We as a family ran our daycare in our home for six years. We would always have full shifts and felt we needed more room. Our parents love our services and always encourage us to expand to help more parents. After much consideration we accepted the challenge to expand! In December 2011, my husband opened Bless The Children Daycare center. I assisted him until opening our second center, 10 Hour Care Daycare Center in August 2014. We opened a third location, 10 Hour Care Daycare Center Downtown in June 2016. We opened a fourth location recently in October 2019. We have cared for children in our centers, and in our children’s ministry as well. The Bible says, “train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6. We have brought those teachings to the children we come in contact with every day. God has called us to impact and change the lives of children with love and care through our daycare centers. The Lord has blessed us and trusted us with the care of His children. We count it an honor and blessing and are truly grateful! .

Gratitude Workshop
At our daycare, we offer a special Workshop to help teach families the importance of appreciation. We believe that teaching children to be grateful for what they have and showing them the meaning of being thankful are essential life skills. Our Gratitude Workshop helps families to understand the importance of expressing gratitude and how it can create a positive impact on their lives. We are passionate about helping families discover the joy and peace that comes with living a life of appreciation.
